Rhys Perry

Hello, I am Rhys Perry. I am a graphic designer and illustrator based in Tamworth, UK who began illustrating in 2018.

I began illustrating footballers in minimalistic style after being inspired by the works of Tom Haugomat and other minimalist illustrators online.

Although Minimalist portraits are my preferred style I have been refining and refreshing my style set by doing different forms of minimalism and different types of digital illustration to much success.

In 2019 I launched my Instagram page and began to collect a small following of football supporters and history enjoyers as I began to post map illustrations. However, it was not till recently in 2021 where I have began to see a sharp and consistent rise in engagement. In December 2021 I hit 500 followers marking a massive milestone for my progression. Since then, I have successfully launched commissions and collaborations.
